No one answers the phone. I called today & was on hold for 14 minutes. High volumn calls haha. Really? The Moncks Corner office picks up on the 3rd to 6rh ring.
Had a 8:00 appointment, came early expecting to be called back soon after 8:00, got called back at 8:20 and then sat in the room waiting for the doctor who was having an extensive telephone conversation and didn't come in to see me until 8:33
I've never had a problem with calling them. The office staff does take a lunch break and they have the recording on during that time. Dr. Rodgers is great, thorough, and my family has been his patients for over 20 years. We always receive excellent service. If he's accepting new patients, you'll be blessed to be able to get him as your doctor.
The nursing staff and office administration in this small office lacks empathy for patients. It's all about a dollar and not about your health. Unprofessional and not willing to assist in times of need. You better off traveling down highway 52 to moncks corner or charleston on cause this small town office is just as shady at the local police here.
